DMC was established as a proprietary concern in January 1992 by Mushtaq Ahmad, a chartered civil engineer. Mr. Mushtaq is credited for his original contribution to highway engineering and cost effective design of road projects.

Engineering Management Services was established in 2006 under the dynamic leadership of Engr. Jawad Ali Khawar BE (Civil) MIE Pak. EMS is known as a name of quality and standard in the field of construction and specialist in erection & manufacturing of all types of steel structures specially communication towers. EMS provides best services on the demand of client where strategy and plan is a sole initiative. EMS ensures the work in accordance with the requirement of modern challenges in the world.

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) is Pakistan’s premier consultancy organization. Its international stature is well established and it enjoys the reputation of being one of the top engineering consultancy organizations in Asia and Africa and is ranked amongst the world’s top 200 consulting firms. NESPAK was established in 1973 as a private limited company by the Government of Pakistan. The objective of its creation was to create a pool of talented engineers, attain self-reliance in engineering consultancy and replace foreign consultants. The company has achieved these objectives to a large extent.
